I think people are pointing their fingers wrong! I ordered a poster that didn't come through (I live in Europe), I sent an email to their custom service and almost got an instant reply asking if I wanted a full refund or a new poster sent. I wanted to give it a try and this time I got it! It looks really great.
Also wanted to add that the tracking code only works until it leaves the US which they also write on their page. My first package did leave the US but after that it dissapered, so it was actually not their fault it didn't make it to me but the postal service!

Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service! I ordered a package in oct but due to problems in which customs in my country (i live in europe) never contacted me to pay it was sent back. I lost hope and accepted that the package got lost somewhere on the way, as it sometimes happens. However the yetee contacted me and sent the package back to me with no extra cost and is now finally home and i can wear all the amazing shirts they have to offer! Have bought several things from them and otherwise never had a problem.

Willing to lie and gaslight customers for their own profit

This is a Review in response to the Yetees handling of the Wonder 101 Kickstarter campaign.
Tldr: Atrocious company with no customer service that is willing to lie, cheat and gaslight its customers to save its self a little money.
This is a company that knowingly sent out items that had entirely undisclosed import fees, then blamed the customers that purchased the items for them not telling us about the import duty despite the rules of Kickstarter expressly requiring it, They also sent the item with an invoice that was higher than the actual cost of the item increasing the already undisclosed import fees they lied to us about.
The product its self was not actually as advertised missing the promised "backer exclusive box art" instead we got a sleeve with a picture glued on the front that was not even straight or central.
There customer support has been non existent during all of this.
Utterly atrocious company.

The wonderful 101 campaign has been a scam, sendings are hugely late, wrong and from the states!
The site works bad, every time I use it something doesn't work and you lose time for everything

4+ months and nothing came to my house .-.

I live in Mexico. In September 2020 I ordered some Hat in Time merch and didn't came here. They give you some "tracking code" that doesn't work outside the US. I had to refund my order and didn't work too. I lost around $45 dollars buying in this webpage. Don't buy if you live outside the US. 1 star. Not recommended.

dont buy here

bought 2 packages that never arrived like 5 months ago! luckily these guys made a refund but they have 0 responsibility for the package

Very happy

My Stardew Valley t-shirt arrived today and it’s nice quality and I’m very happy with it. Shipping took a little while but I’m in the UK, so I was prepared to accept that, and also the current pandemic has slowed down postage a lot.
Sad to see that other people might not have had such a good experience, but mine was perfectly fine and I would definitely recommend to a friend or buy from them again in the future.

I haven't bought anything from the…

I haven't bought anything from the Yetee website but I was a artist, coming up with designs that took me hours to work on. One or two days later, I would receive a email basically saying we decline your submission for unexplained reasons but we encourage you to continue submitting more designs. I've responded to them via email asking why my designs were 'turned down' and if they wers just going to keep 'turning down' my submissions which is hours of work put into designs than I do not want to be apart of a website who will just waste your precious time trying to get them to accept your design for a t-shirt or something. It's a absolute insult to artists trying to make money and just says to any artist trying to submit a design "We don't care if you had put time and effort into this design, we'll keep turning down your ideas, Oh, but we encourage you to keep making designs for us.". I am DONE with the Yetee for not even taking into consideration the time and effort artists take to create designs.

Remove your bad reviews.

Have recently ordered a shirt, and after having ordered many things from this site I can say it ain't a scam, every bad review is on a different site, please remove them, this company is good and have worked hard.

Avoid!

Avoid!! It's a scam website. They'll send your order late and it'll be stuck for months "in transit". If that isn't bad enough, good luck trying to get a refund. SCAM!

Great stuff!

I ordered 4 tees during their Sweatyfest event, and got all of them within a reasonable time. I like their collaborations with different artists, especially the indie video games creators. Will order again in the future!
